2- Organizing Tourist Tours & Journeys
3- Issuance Airline Tickets
4- Hotel Reservations
5- Providing the TIR (International Road Transport)
6- Booking Cars for Hajj and Umrah
7- Transportation Services
Seeking a Secretary to work in the Company for Hajj, Umrah and Tourism services in Qatar
Duties & Qualifications:
1- Maintains calendars; arranging and confirming appointments.
2. Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with staff, employees and other external customers.
3. Performs analysis on specific issues as required and independently prepares non-routine letters, documents and or reports, which may be sensitive and confidential in nature.
4. Handling complex and sensitive inquiries/call from external/internal sources
5. Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences and other special events: coordinates and attends committee meetings and participates in committee discussions as appropriate.
6. Takes, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings.
7. Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of the company policies and procedures and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy, procedure and standards.
8. Assists in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects as appropriate.
9. Maintains contact with appropriate external agencies to facilitate the exchange of Information.
10. Oversees the operation of office accounts and plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate.
11. Ensures that confidentiality is maintained in all transactions.
12. In view of the developing and changing needs and opportunities within the company during this start-up phase, this position may perform other duties as assigned.
13. May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals
14. May establish office procedures and controls
15. Demonstrate a good experience with effectively communicating and interacting with visiting guests, staff, cadre, superiors, peers, and subordinates alike.
16. Demonstrate high level of oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage the flow of people and business
Requirements:
- Location: Qatar with the possibility to transfer the sponsorship (NOC)
- Nationality: Indian/Indonesian/Pilipino
- Religion: Islam
- Gender: Male
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Look: Good look
- Languages: (S/R/ W) Very well English, and Arabic will be an advantage
- Computer: Good skills (Office package, Emails, IT)
- Education & Qualifications:
*Degree level with additional Professional Qualifications in a field such as Administration, Tourism Services, Marketing, or Communications/Call Centers.
*Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
*Experience in organizing data and generating thorough, accurate, timely reports.
*Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures as applied to the enterprises
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, and handle stressful situations,
